Ebor Aggregation

The Plain, Kahona, Maplewood, Bonnie Brook, Pleasant View and Glen Etvie properties are all located across the rich red basalt soil plateau of Ebor, and are as productive as they are picturesque.

Ebor Aggregation was settled in 1845 by our early pioneers. At 1400m above sea level, Ebor offers pristine high-country grazing and benefits from 1200mm to 1500mm of rainfall per annum, ideal for raising and growing prime Wagyu cattle.

The properties are managed via an intensive rotational grazing system with small numbers of large mobs moving across the landscape as a herd. This system mirrors nature to create ecological change, improving landscape health and biological function.
